I AM IN PROCESS OF SELLING MY HOME. THE BUYER HAS HIS OWN POLICY AND HAS MOVED TO MY HOME THROUGH THE ESCROW COMPANY. I AM MOVING TO AN HOA FOR SENIORS AND DO NOT NEED A HOME WARRANTY POLICY. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE BALANCE OF MY 3 YEAR CONTRACT. THEY WILL NOT SEND ME A CANCELLATION FOR FOR SIGNATURE. SERIOUSLY, THEY ARE THE POOREST CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT. I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. PLUS NOTHING THAT BREAKS IN YOU HOME SEEMS NEVER COVERED. RUN FOR THE HILLS THIS IS A BAD COMPANY.

That they don’t pay valid claims.

This company has made it extremely difficult to cancel. They denied a claim with a vague description of why . It was for my air handler that I had just had whole ac system maintenance 1 month prior to the fan motor going bad. The customer service is horrible. I believe they are a scam company, would not use.

Poor customer service

I purchased this policy in good faith for an older home I purchased. Promises, promises. I have a claim that I presented and have not had any follow up from the customer service people. I can’t reach them by phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Frustration is an understatement and I cannot recommend this company. I am going to try and recoup the premium I paid.
