Paid monthly premiums $55?00 after several months my air conditioning went down called in paid 125.oo. Services fee and did not fix it. Denied my claim iampissed. Ripped off what can I do?

My water heater needed to be replaced and I called for service and although it was something that was covered a had to pay for it with no explanation whatsoever.

I had them for 4 yrs and then my hvac was having issues did not replace it said they would get back to me never ever did had a plumbing problem fix one bathroom taped up the other whenever I needed them which was not often out of 4 years i might of calked them 3 or 4 times and then they could not come because their techs did not wk after 2pm then they told me the only way to get my money back they wanted me to do something for 160 00 and get a new contract never heard from them 4 years taking out of my account no money returned here's the thing my neighbor recommended them she got a whole new system I had to pay 10,000 for mine I'm blk she's white

They kept me 52 day without AC & denied me a Supervisor 35 day out of 52 were at 105° & 1 day at 118 & was.told by Customer service personal 105° was an Emergency, wasn't offered an apology till I terminated them, only bt Customer Service, the manager acted very cold, by the way I paid for repairs & later reimbursed by them $1400.00 dollars !!

They collected my money every month for a year and left me hanging with a $400 bill out of my own pocket when I finally needed their service. They also refused to reimburse me, and the nerve to charge me $133 for a service fee and NO SERVICE! A total SCAM!!!!!

been with them for years ac quit they work on it twice 125.00 each time work for short time they decided needed new unit which was higher than ones i price they offered me 500.00 on new unit which they wanted 11500.00 for crazy i cancelled them and got some unit for 9500.00 sorry company to do bussiness with not trust worthy

Would not cover replacement of AC Unit. Wanted to replace compressor then charge me approximately $2800 for refrigerant that is no longer made. After that they only wanted to warranty it for 30 days. Horrendous customer service. Will do everything NOT to honor what they say they will do for a customer.
