The initial service guy was prompt, knowledgeable and professional…I heard back with decision in a timely manner ordering replacement was pretty easy except for so many choices
At first, I had just a little difficulty understanding the person at the call center because she talked a little faster than I could process but when she slowed down a bit at the end of the call, it was easy

Was surprised my kitchen faucet was NOT covered (Toilet and Shower faucet were). This was also the FIRST time AHS did NOT follow up/thru on the approval decision. I had to call the contractor to see why I hadn’t heard from anyone. The contractor had received approval but I didn’t receive a call, email, or text from AHS.

It did take a bit of time to get the parts ordered to repair the broken dish rack, but Danny did a great job. He explained that he was replacing the plastic part with metal and it works so much better & will last more than the plastic did in five years when we bought our new home!
