Yeah, I waited two months to have them come to the house for I had something wrong. They don’t have anybody in the area that will work for them. The closest one to me was 4 1/2 hours away and he recommended. I just dropped them so I did.

Their preferred HVAC company, which I paid $100, said I need a new Condenser. I was required to pay for the Condenser for almost $700, on top of that, I have to pay them almost more than $6000 for the labor and connections. At first I declined the offer, but hesitantly approved the deal because it was so hot during that time. On top of that they have increased my monthly dues. Now, I learned that it’s not worth having a home warranty. I’m not very satisfied with this home warranty company. My home warranty from this company was in force for more than 3 years.

Choice Home Warranty was pretty good until my refrigerator broke. CHW repairman said refrigerator can't be repaired. CHW gave me a gift card to Lowe's that won't pay for a new GE ice in door refrigerator, much less a Profile model to match the rest of my kitchen. CHW says my fridge is 10 years old and they don't pay for new replacement, only how much a used one is worth! Not what contract says. Switched to Liberty Homeguard. No claims with them yet.

Sends technicians who show up in their family car with their family. Has to run to Home Depot for materials. For all warranties, 48 hours is to long to wait for plumbing issues. Most can't find one, then approves you finding your own and submit t ing the claim is cumbersome and usually denied.

They charged monthly and when i needed them they charged an extra $100 fee. Then when they came to fix the dishwasher decided it needed to be replaced. They sent me to Lowes. They charge more than anyone else for delivery and for installation. It cost me more to get this dishwasher with their coupon than if I had gone to menards or home depot or even fleet farm. Then after a year this dishwasher started having issues. Just past the store warentee. I had been paying my monthly charges yet they came 3 times because it kept breaking down.

I paid for over a year. Then when I filed a claim they denied it. Then after I complained they offered me $300 if I would buy a new $999 range. What coverage!? Do NOT use Choice home warranty!! Terrible company.

Bedroom A/C I replaced condenser fan, unit ran 24 hrs and shut down. I then called Choice for the repair. My wife was bedridden in hospice at the time, technician came troubleshooting but was getting help on the phone. Rewired further test determined the problem was the new fan motor. Choice said they would not replace. Charged $85 service fee. Had to call independent service provider. Found that fan motor was not broken, that capacitor and mounted disconnect had shorted out and corrected the wiring that previous technician messed up. That was a service call that cost over $300 that I was not supposed to cover under Home warranty.

Had them quite a while. My hot water tank went out I notified them. They called me back saying they didn’t have anyone in our area. So I could get someone and send them the bill. Then they wouldn’t pay saying my guys should have called before they started. Was never brought up

Our dishwasher was making noise and they sent out a technician that had no idea. They told us that this was normal and refused to fix it. Less than 6 month later it broke. The offered use less than 300 to fix it and refused to replace it. The unit was less than 3 years old. Had no choice. It was a credit at Lowe’s. Lower charged us 0ver 200 just for delivery and installation and the new unit was close to $1000. Screwed again.

The glass on the inside of our over cracked while cooking dinner. They refused to cover it because they said we broke it. How the hell did we break the glass on the inside of the oven while it was cooking. Cost me 400 to repair
