A/C Upgrade Was Worth The Price
My air conditioner failed during the hottest part of summer, and I’m just grateful that FAHW replaced the entire system for us as part of our upgraded home warranty. I would have given five stars except for the fact that the entire process from start to finish took six weeks. That’s a long time in July and August to be without air conditioning! In addition, FAHW initially sent a wrong piece of equipment (the coil) to the HVAC company, which delayed the installation by one week. Other than that, we are just very grateful that we did not have to absorb this cost all on our own and only had to pay a percentage of the total cost.

The technician did an excellent job!
The technician knew immediately what was wrong and went to work on it as he was explaining it to my husband myself. He was very informative and share with us. What our next step should be for the future with this problem. He was very courteous and professional I totally recommend Leo. I would like to use him for my future problems for Appliances but I know that can’t happen thank you.

Hello. As advertised.. Great warrantly system for you home. Look at the 4 differnt types of coverage you think you might need. Used twice in 6 mos. No problems. They will determine the right service company for you. Short time. From time of notification until acturaly completed. A must have these days no complaints, yet. Thank you..
