Last three claims have extended more than a year for them to resolve it. Right now I have an open one for the HAVC (A/C) for more than a year and they don't do anything about it. It is always it is in the upper echelon to decide. Also one of the claims was with my Samsung refrigerator. When I called there were no floor damage, due to their inefficiency that lasted more than a year to fix, now I have floor damage and they don't recognize coverage for damages cause by them for not taking care of the problem in its due time. Their business license should be revoked.

Called for service because I was having problems with my dishwasher. I paid the additional service fee of $100.00. Guy came out and I waited for a call to tell me when someone would be out to fix the problem. Two weeks passed and I called Cinch. They indicated the technician said there wasn't anything wrong with the dishwasher. I went back and forth with Cinch and eventually canceled my warranty with them. I paid someone else to come and fix the problem. Mind you, I had Cinch for four years and that was my first claim
